From the reviews
This was truly an amazing experience! Dr. Amber made sure to address all the areas of pain and discomfort I mentioned prior to the session and was very knowledgeable when I asked her questions regarding cupping and ways to alleviate the pain at home. She is very welcoming, friendly, and patient!

From the moment you walk into Serene Chiropractic & Sports Therapy, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and intentional. The space itself promotes healing, and I especially loved the educational visuals and information posted throughout the office explaining the body and nervous system—it really shows the level of…
Dr. Amber is an excellent CHIROPRACTOR. She truly listens and explains everything so that you can understand. Dr. AMBER makes you feel comfortable cared for and heard. I started seeing Dr. AMBER for neck issues that resulted in migraines and numbness and tingling going down my arm.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
