What clients say about the cupping here
“She is knowledgeable, holistic first/pharmaceutical second, extremely caring, and takes the time to talk with you rather than seeing how many patients she can see in a day.”
From the reviews
I’ve been going to Dr Rihmland for many years and have always received the best care. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Dr R genuinely cares about her patients which is hard to find anymore. She has been such a blessing and explains everything.
Dr. Rimhland is honestly the best PCP I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, holistic first/pharmaceutical second, extremely caring, and takes the time to talk with you rather than seeing how many patients she can see in a day.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Rihmland and her staff. I trust her completely with my healthcare. In fact, I trust her so much that now my entire family sees her - my husband and two children (who have significant special needs) and even extended family. She thinks outside of the box.
I'm been a patient with Dr Rihmland for many years. Claudette has been with her for as long as I can remember, and has been very professional at what she does, she care about all the patients as Dr Rihmland does. She goes above and beyond to make sure all patients are taking care of.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
