From the reviews
I’ve been at CrossRoads for over a month for my first clinical for physical therapy school. I’m so thankful to have been placed at this clinic. I’m having such a terrific experience here. Kevin is an extraordinary physical therapist, so knowledgeable, and so caring towards his patients and everyone he comes across.
I have gone to Crossroads for an ankle sprain/avulsion fracture, torn rotator cuff, and rehab after SLAP repair surgery. Kevin and team were fantastic in getting me back to my normal quality of life and preparing me handle the physical stresses of my job.
The level of care is exceptional at this facility! Dr Kevin Perris is an intelligent, skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist. I have been to PT at a different location but nothing as effective as this group!
Kevin and his staff are great! Very knowledgeable & always make you feel comfortable. My husband & I both treated at Crossroads for different injuries (bicep tear & L4-5 disc injury). They have all the new treatments & a great facility. I highly recommend the Crossroads team for all your PT needs!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
