What clients say about the cupping here
“Randy is so Professional and is excellent in acupuncture, he studies in China and knows all there is to know about it.”
From the reviews
Randy is super. He listens well, and his training in China is evident. If you are on the fence with the idea of acupuncture, all I have to say is, give him a try. He truly can do some amazing things with his acupuncture needles.
Randy is so Professional and is excellent in acupuncture, he studies in China and knows all there is to know about it. I was introduced to acupuncture in 1990 and was driving to Houston, but then I found Randy I wish I could carry him in my pocket he is that good.
Randy is so knowledgeable, he is a true healer!!! I had suffered with chronic pain for years, I didn't want to be on medications. After my first session I felt amazing! I get so emotional when I think of Healing Point, Randy has truly changed my life! Acupuncture can help with so many ailments without the medications!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
