From the reviews
Have had a pinched nerve in my neck and was extreme pain for 2 months, had my first ever acupuncture service here and it it worked for the pain. The only relief I’ve had in months. Def will be going back!
I have dealt with pain and swelling in my legs for years and after a couple of sessions with Mr.Herns, I have noticed that I no longer experience the pain and the swelling had stopped!! At first I thought it would be for just a short period, but it has been months and still no issues!!
Second time coming to see Dr. Herns for his amazing help in managing the prediabetic situation I am in. I do not take medication unless it's natural herbs. With his help I will be able to maintain my desire to remain off traditional western medicine. I'm grateful to have found your very sweet office.
Wonderful great great great back pain for years and years managed IT with chiropractor and massage now that I've seen the acupuncturist I don't see either see the acupuncturist less and less great back relief
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
