We love Dr D and his staff! Massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, cupping, laser, traction.. Everything to make your body feel better. My husband and I have been seeing Dr D off and on for years when we need him for various body pains.

Dr.D is truly amazing! After a car accident left me with constant back pain, I started seeing him for treatment. He’s used a combination of acupuncture, cupping, adjustments and muscle work. I’ve felt a huge difference. He genuinely cares about his patients recovery. I always leave feeling better and more aligned.

Dr. D is an excellent Chiropractor with a wealth of experience. By combining Chiropractic with Accupuncture it been very effective. I’ve been seeing him for ten years. Also, if you are a Military Veteran the VA will pay for your visits and his Chiropractic is covered by Medicare.

★★★★★ — Karl, May 2024

In just one visit my neck feels 90 % better. I've been going to Dr D over the years and have always trusted that he can help. I've referred him to my neighbor and she had a positive experience as well. Dr D is the best.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
