Why The Healing Garden is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “natal massage, this treatment is used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression. We strongly recommend that you consult your physician or midwife prior to treatment. Cupping Therapy ~…” source →

A true gem! I came here per recommendation of one of the gym trainers who has been coming here for a while. I’m so glad I did! I’ve been visiting several massage places in Issaquah and this one is a winner. I’ve had massages done by Tanya and Cindy.
I can't say enough good things about this little sanctuary. I suffer from TMJ, scoliosis, the list goes on... Heather is incredible in her techniques and bedside manner. She is a vessel of knowledge and helps guide me in my wellness journey. Go get a massage and treat yourself!!
I highly recommended this Spa in the Snoqualmie Ridge with their high professionalism and high care standard. SHOUTOUT TO MEGAN & HEATHER, they are both amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable in what they does and their products. VERY RELAXING! My new favorite Spa! ❤️
The Healing Garden is our home spa. My husband and I make it a point to go every month to keep our bodies and spirits in alignment. Heather and team are consummate professionals who always do a fabulous job. The space is spotless, bright and welcoming. A hidden gem!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
