From the reviews

My husband and I have been using Coalesce’s postpartum meal prep program for several weeks now and it is hands down the best postpartum investment. Not only is the food delicious and tailored to your PP needs but it has saved us so much time when free time is so limited after birth.

★★★★★ — Allie, Jan 2025

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Coalesce Acupuncture, specifically with Gracia. I came in towards the end of my pregnancy, hoping to encourage labor naturally and immediately felt completely supported, heard, and cared for.

★★★★★ — Heidi, Jul 2025

We used their meal prep service after the birth of our second child and loved it. Being able to sit down as a family and eat together is very important to us and we didn’t want to disrupt this routine for our toddler. The meal prep allowed us to keep that up during those first few weeks home with our baby.

★★★★★ — Megan, May 2025

We used their meal prep service for our family of six when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, to ensure we had healthy, wholesome, nutritious meals predictably and with minimal work from us. Coalesce was flexible to our meal preferences and feedback. The meals were delicious, and the kids loved them.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
