From the reviews
Cindy is amazing! I cannot day enough about her. I have suffered from back and neck issues for quite some time and found her when I had recently moved back to the area. I was concerned because finding a new team who shares the same philosophy as you and has the correct knowledge to treat you isn’t easy.
Cindy is easily one of the best massage therapists I've seen. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and makes sure you are comfortable while also concentrating on the problem areas. She listens and asks questions to better understand what is going on with your body. I felt great immediately even many days after.
Ms. Cindy the truth... I came in hurting and stiff I left feeling like a new man... I advise anyone need physical therapy to first check out My. Cindy at orthodontist massage place
Cindy @ The Ortho Massage Place is HIGHLY knowledgeable and professional. If in the Hamburg NY area definitely check them out! You wont regret it!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
