I had such a beautiful and relaxing experience at The Head Spa Sanctuary. My massage was with Naomy, and my head spa service was with Michelle; both were absolutely amazing. They are Spanish speakers, which made me feel super welcomed, comfortable, and at ease from the moment I arrived.
I had a massage today with Sharon. She was beyond lovely!! She was kind, gentle and super comforting! The massage in itself was amazing! All my stress and discomfort I was experiencing before my massage melted away. My only regret is not finding this place sooner! I will definitely be coming back again.
Absolutely an amazing experience. Very professional staff; all were very kind and attentive. I got the head spa service and the foot soak; both were incredible and I felt so special during my services. I truly wanted to stay there all day long. I should also mention the abundance of heavy blankets EVERYWHERE!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
