From the reviews

There are not enough words to describe my appreciation for Mary! She offers a wonderful approach to health, wellness, body awareness, and has so much knowledge and talent. Incorporation of massage, reiki and cupping always offer massive benefit, not only for my body but also mind and spirit.

★★★★★ — Teresa, May 2023

Mary truly has a gift for helping others feel relaxed and empowered in their bodies. She is thoughtful, kind, professional, respectful, warm, and genuine. I appreciate that she does not small talk during the treatment and prioritizes your experience, comfort, and relaxation.

★★★★★ — Janette, Jun 2023

Far and away the best massage you'll ever have. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you step into the waiting area. It gets even better when you step into the massage room. I walked in stiff and sore, walked out grounded, with my shoulders back, ready to take on the rest of the day.

★★★★★ — Christine, Feb 2024

I recently had a massage by Mary and it was such a great experience. The room is comfortable and the massage was so relaxing. She takes the time to ask what areas are bothering you, if any, and what you are looing for in a massage, and then focuses on that throughout the experience. I would highly recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
