From the reviews
Having worked in medicine my entire adult life until retirement, I am pretty particular about my providers and consider myself a good judge of the qualities that make up the best ones. I am here to report that Dr. Gianni checks every box. She is the real deal.
Dr. Gianni is incredible! I came to Pinnacle Hill on a friend’s recommendation after living with chronic back pain for several years. After 5 sessions I’m now feeling and moving better than I have in ages. Dr.
I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Gianni. From the very first visit, she took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my treatment plan, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her patients really stand out.
Dr. Kieran is truly exceptional. She listens with a level of care and attention I wish every doctor offered. I left my appointment with real relief in my neck and, to my surprise, a thoughtful referral to a pelvic floor specialist for an issue completely outside the reason I came in.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
