From the reviews

Had a massage with Nadine, it was absolutely amazing. She is so skilled and perfect at her craft. I had cupping added and it helped my back so much, which had been hurting me for weeks with no relief. I highly recommend! Will be back

I enjoyed the float therapy it is priced at $59 first timer cost I guess. Great way to reset the physical strains of daily life. the egg thing you float in looked clean smelled great just like the salt and oils. The bathroom area is very clean and they provided tolietry for hair etc towels to dry yourself off with.

This place is a really stellar local business that I am fortunate to frequent for massages. I love the cozy cafe and shop, and the treatment rooms are really nice.

This place makes me feel so good, hands down. The people there are super friendly and helpful. The coffee and tea is always great along with everything else they offer on their menu. It's incredible that they participate in art walks, and they have so many services to offer; my favourite being their flotation tanks.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
