Such a beautiful clinic! The vibes are always good and the staff is wonderful. They are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. They strive to make their clients comfortable! I highly recommend all staff for acupuncture or massage. They also offer a wide range of services that are definitely worth checking out!
I have been going to Noneen for my acupuncture treatments for years and if you've never tried it, you should definitely do so!! For me it helps to balance & center my energy, helps me focus, and relaxes & calms me. It brings a sense of peace and it feels so uplifting.
Goodness, Gracious! I have had many body massages in my lifetime. But nothing like this! Julie is most definitely gifted. Her special techniques are out of this world! You start feeling better and healing as she's working on you. This lady truly deserves an award for the best physical therapist in the world!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
