Stephanie is an exceptionally skilled massage therapist who offers many different treatment modalities and techniques that other therapists simply don't offer. She actually listens to what you say about your areas of pain/tension and truly cares about getting to the root cause of your problem.

Stephanie is an amazing healer. I've seen multiple doctors for debilitating pain, with little to no progress. After an hour, Stephanie was able to tell me what she thought the issue was and how I can start to heal. Her guidance was sounder than all the docs put together.
Steph is truly amazing at what she does! She has helped me so much. I've had quite a few deep tissue massages from others but honestly nothing compares. She has a gift. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
