From the reviews

Chad is great and so welcoming. His space is beautiful and relaxing from the moment you walk in the door. With a background in kinesiology, he finds every area that needs attention! Always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Has been great for relieving computer related strain and migraine.

I drove 45 minutes just to try out the massage. I would highly recommend it. Very professional, studio is clean and great ambiance. A must try!

★★★★★ — Brian, Jul 2022

This was my first massage experience, and it was great. I asked for focus on problem areas in my back, and Chad did a good job helping to bring relief. I work in healthcare, and was looking to try something different prior to seeking out a chiropractor, etc.

★★★★★ — Zachary, May 2023

Being from out of town, I wasn't sure who to go to. I liked the content of the website. I have chronic lower back and hip issues. I can honestly say that I had the best massage that I have ever had. The sports medicine and kinesiology knowledge that Chad has made me feel like new!! I wished that I lived in Florence!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
