I cannot recommend Kiki highly enough! Her deep tissue massages are nothing short of transformative. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for in a serene, calming environment. Kiki has an incredible ability to identify and target the exact areas of tension and discomfort with expert precision.
This place was awesome! I get bad knots in my neck and shoulders from stress, and Kiersten was careful while working them out. I felt super comfortable while i was there, and I can move without hurting now.
Kiki and Tracey are the best! I have had massages from both ladies and their skills are impeccable! After my recent 60min Swedish with Tracey, I oozed off the table and had to melt my way home. 💖 She dug in and loosened places I didn't even know were tight!!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
