From the reviews
Taylor Chiropractic and Wellness has been absolutely life-changing for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, supported, and truly listened to. Every single person on the team plays a vital role in creating such a healing and welcoming space. I’m beyond grateful to have found Dr. Cliff and Dr.
I visited Taylor Chiropractic last week for a massage with Jessica, and she was amazing! We did a full-body massage, and she also incorporated cupping and the massage gun, which made a huge difference. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend booking with her!
From the moment I walked into this office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Everyone here creates such a positive and supportive environment, and that has meant more to me than I can fully express. Dr. Colton is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive.
This was my first time at a Chiropractor and it was hands down the best experience I could’ve had. The facility is apparently brand new with an upcoming grand opening. It was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and calm environment. Dr. Johnny is awesome, I highly recommend him. He’s personable, self-aware, and attentive.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
