From the reviews
Dedric is so supremely talented. He is also generous and kind and deeply committed to helping his clients heal. I would trust him with anyone I loved. Go see him and you will not regret it. I had been suffering with pain for over 18 months and in one visit made remarkable improvement. I will be back.
I had been wanting to get a massage for the longest time. I work out consistently at the gym and my muscles were aching all over making it hard to maneuver. I booked an appointment with FOY and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE I ever had. He was very knowledgeable of the anatomy and had me walking out feeling BRAND NEW!
Tony is incredible! It’s so refreshing to find someone who understands my pain points and focuses the entire session on relieving them using techniques I haven’t experienced with traditional massage.
My first session with Tony Le was way beyond what I expected. I came in with back numbness, forearm pain that was affecting my workouts, and toe pain on my left foot. He addressed all of it and even released tension in areas I didn't realize were contributing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
