From the reviews

The reviews are true. Tatiana is incredibly intuitive and finds the spot that you didn’t even know was bothering you. I came in with two difficult areas (a recovering hamstring injury and chronically-tight shoulders) and she was able to address both in a well-paced way.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Nov 2023

I pulled my calf muscle running and was in a lot of pain and could not put weight on my leg. I booked a 90 min message. Tatiana really took her time and asked questions and listened to my feedback as she worked on my leg.

★★★★★ — Beth, Sep 2023

I've seen Tatiana for several years, and was thrilled to return to her after COVID. She is joyful, gracious, calming, and very knowledgeable. She listens to your needs/concerns, and always finds "the spot" that provides relief! I scheduled an appt. for my adult son, who had never had a massage, and who was hesitant.

★★★★★ — Rosalinda, Oct 2023

Tatiana is an amazing healer! She has instinctive hands that seek out every ache and pain, even some you didn't know you had! I have major joint and muscle issues and she keeps me living a more comfortable life. Her studio is an oasis of calm and instant relaxation!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
