From the reviews
Zach was very thorough and attentive! I went in with a specific shoulder issue and he was able to target the treatment exactly to my needs. This is a new business, but Zach has plenty of experience in the field and my visit was comfortable and I could tell a lot of thought had gone in to each detail.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Getting to the location itself is very easy and right off the highway. The space inside is very homey and inviting, the colorful lights and music really set a calming and relaxing mood. The option to have my phone and watch charge during the session was a great added touch!
I got a massage last Friday as a treat to myself and also get some tension relief. Seriously one of the BEST massages I’ve had! I upgraded with the Himalayan salt stones and that felt amazing. His massage released a lot of my sore and tense points, jaw, neck, shoulder, hips- no idea I had sore knees!
I have been getting massages for years and Zachary is the most skilled therapist that I have ever worked with. I recommend him without reservation. Over his extensive career, he has clearly mastered his craft. He is able to accurately identify and effectively treat all areas of tension and stress.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
