- Wet cupping / hijama offers hijama (wet cupping) — if you're booking hijama specifically, ask about single-use sterile kits and, if it matters to you, a same-gender practitioner
- Session price around $90 a session — confirm current pricing and whether cupping is standalone or added to a massage/acupuncture visit

From the reviews
Very great experience for my mother that has worked her whole life. I booked an 1 hour appointment of both cupping and massage and my mother loved it! Recommend to those that want great and detailed advice and service. Grace is wonderful.
I have been seeing Grace since last November, her Cupping and Guasha have helped my back pain and relaxed my stiff muscles. She checks on my tongue condition, cupping and Guasha reactions, and always gives me advice on what exercises I should do and what food I should eat based on my body symptoms with every visit.
Grace is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her for any of your needs. I had a cupping appointment and she was absolutely fantastic and the relief it provided was almost instant for me. She gives great insite on what your body needs and how you can help heal yourself from the inside out.
Excellent Services! Grace is very thorough in her work. Had an excellent tui na and cupping done. You can really see she cares and wants the best for her clients!
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Health Acupuncture Center
Health Acupuncture Center comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — ask whether that can be arranged. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
