I have been seeing Katie for a several years now and love all the services she offers. Massage, cupping, and most recently tried hot stones. Always leave relaxed and rejuvenated. I honestly look forward to my next session each time I’m done with the last. Highly recommend her to all.
3/25/26 update: Katelyn continues to take classes in order to really help people like me get relief. She's about to take a deep tissue stretching class. I'm very much excited about gaining the benefits from this class. If you are into sports, give her a try.

If you haven’t been to Sweet Relief Massage and Recover yet then you are missing out. I’ve been to many different places for sports therapy or to just have some knots taken care of and Katelyn is by far one of the best in all of Lee and Collier county. Her office is very clean and professional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
