From the reviews

Krystall has fabulous knowledge of anatomy and a large range of therapeutic skills/techniques. Today she worked miracles using heated pads, hot stones, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and massage to address my body’s issues. This was the absolute best massage I have ever had! 🙏🏼

There are no words that fully capture the magic that is Krystall at Advanced Therapeutic Healing — but I’ll try. She is an absolute gem, a rare blend of skill, intuition, and soul. From the moment you step into her presence, you feel cared for on a deeper level. Her touch is not only therapeutic, it’s transformational.

Krystall was absolutely amazing. Even before my appointment she made sure to get a thorough medical background on me and ask all of my major ailments. During the appointment she made sure I was comfortable at all times and worked my entire body. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing massage therapist! Highly recommend if you are in the area! Finding someone who knows how to work on folks with chronic illness/zebras is so rare.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
