I had a lymphatic massage and cupping treatment here two days ago, and it was absolutely amazing! Jasmine was very professional, and the pain in my shoulder and lower back disappeared after the cupping. I still have the cupping marks, but she told me they'll disappear in about a week, but I'm not worried.
Jasmine is a lovely woman and a very skilled masseuse! She is versatile and is very effective in using her intuition to use the right techniques to find and dissolve areas where my body is fatigued and holding tension. Her personality is gentle and kind, and she has set up a very clean and comfortable shop here.

Stopped in today because I’ve had some really bad tension in my back lately. I was able to book an appointment for the same day. They did such a good job - my back feels so much less tight and I feel so relaxed! The price was very reasonable especially compared to some others in the area.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
