Where to begin with my amazing experiences with Kristin. I am terrified of needles and have seen multiple acupuncturists in the past and no one has been able to get me through it like Kristin. She made me feel comfortable and at ease by starting with a few needles at a time and now I cannot live without these sessions!
I have never considered acupuncture in the past but Kristin came very highly recommended from a previous Crossfit Coach. I went in with an open mind and a very sore left shoulder and right calf. I couldn't do any pullups/overhead movements or any sort of jumping without feeling severe discomfort in those areas.
Kristin is an excellent healer and the best acupuncturist I’ve experienced. My chronic trap & neck tension was relieved shortly into my first session. During initial consultation, Kristin identified multiple areas that needed treatment that I didn’t even know about, and I am so glad she did.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
