From the reviews

I went to see Callie with some intense shoulder pain that would not go away and she completely healed me. Callie used a variety of pain management modalities - acupuncture physical medicine, trigger point release, massage, cupping - to resolve my shoulder issue.

★★★★★ — Ellie, Jan 2025

Callie is a miracle worker. I have had a number of nagging and longstanding (shoulder, leg etc.) pains that I have not been able to feel clear of for years. Within just a few sessions, my pain has lessened significantly and almost subsided completely.

★★★★★ — Ron, Apr 2022

Absolutely amazing! When I went to Callie I could barely lift my arms due to intense pain in my shoulders. The morning after my first visit I couldn't believe how good I felt, I was actually able to lift my arms above my head! Can't wait to go back. 5 out of 5 stars!

★★★★★ — Kriticalj, Sep 2022

I have seen Callie for over 10 years. She is the best! I find her companionate, gentle with the needles and knows her stuff about nutrition. Callie has been instrumental in my journey towards wellness both mentally and physically.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
