This place rocks! We had an incredible experience! My mom, daughter, sister and I were looking for a wholistic treatment while in St. Louis for the weekend. Sunrise Salt Cave popped up and we jumped at their “Grand Opening” opportunity.
Foot messages have been extremely beneficial for me. I was having problems with plantar fasciitis and vertigo. Both are now under control. Plantar fasciitis takes a while depending on the severity. If I was not receiving therapy here I would not be walking today. Cindy is extremely knowledgable, caring and efficient.

I really love this spa it is so so so clean and nice decor. Staff is friendly. We did a couples salt room. You can smell and taste the salt unlike some places we have been. I really want to come back and try the salt room with massage next time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
