This was my first visit @ Happy Feet. I went in with major tension pain in my neck and shoulders. I was only wanting those areas to be addressed but was convinced to get a full body massage. I'm not sure how I feel about that but I did thoroughly enjoy my experience.
Affordable deep tissue massage. I froze my neck & had their $50/hr head massage that went on to my feet then my legs and back. I froze my shoulder/upper back & went for a hot stone massage for $60/hr & left thinking how worth it, it was.
I’ve been a couple of times. Fairly priced and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Masseuses always do a great job and have strong hands. Highly recommend this place.
Absolutely amazing! Today was my first time at Happy Feet Spa and Eva was God sent! Hands down the best 90 minute deep tissue massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had over 75 massages before). I am certainly returning and can’t wait to experience another massage from her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
