From the reviews
I was a new customer and I have been suffering from depression, anxiety, stress and severe migraines. Dr Kim was amazing and she took her time explaining everything to me down to the functions of our organs and blood circulation to understand where some of my problems are from.
The doctor treated both me and my husband today. My husband was in severe pain when he walked in the office with his back and sciatica down his leg. She addressed his pain and he was finally able to sleep through the night because of her treatment!
I was recommended to this location for prenatal back and hip pain and I am so glad I followed through! I was able to walk, not waddle, out of the office. I received acupuncture with cupping and am already looking forward to my next visit. The doctor was very gentle, she explained so much and was so kind!
She is a great practitioner. I received dry cupping and I feel much better already. Can’t wait to go back for acupuncture
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
