See Destiny, Woody, and Beau! My experience has been great since my first visit. The administrative staff is welcoming and provides courtesy calls to confirm or remind me of appointments, which I really appreciate. I was also happy to learn that they accept FSA.
I had a 90-minute hot stone massage at Heights Wellness Retreat Baybrook and it was absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to Beau for quite some time now, and he never disappoints. He’s incredible at what he does—especially when it comes to deep tissue work.
I have been a member at this location since summer of last year and have always had a wonderful experience every month. The front desk staff is kind and attentive and thoroughly explains services and payment.
Ms Yadira, was a blessing for my neck. I got a 30min neck massage. Bc i slept wrong. She was great in helping me relax and take majority of the kink out. Probably should have went with an hr. Yet. I think it was good enough. Thanks Mrs Linda, as well she was awesome. Postive, excellent energy and promoting her workers.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
