I have been a member at this location since summer of last year and have always had a wonderful experience every month. The front desk staff is kind and attentive and thoroughly explains services and payment.
Kat, Linda and Leah were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was very attentive and efficient. They made sure the equipment was ready and clean. Leah met me with fresh water after the contrast and made sure I was happy with the treatment. Contrast was as great. Would strongly recommend all services here!
I’ve been going to this location for some time now and have always had a great experience with my masseuse Jared, he’s one of the best. I’m always met with professionalism and warmth. Ms. Linda is always a joy to speak with! I can’t wait to experience all of the new services now that they’ve remodeled!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
