I usually get a massage on once or twice a month. I never have the masseuse ask me to come back tomorrow. I told YU YU I couldn’t. I felt so relaxed that evening that I came back the next day. She again asked me when I would come back I told her next month.
I had been having pain in my hip for a month and finally I decided to go for a massage! I chose a Chinese massage as I knew they were famous for stretching. This was by far the best Chinese massage I have had in a long time. She hit all the sore spots and I have never felt better.
Alice is the best ever. She has several techniques that she uses. At least 4 different types. She is very nice and she will do her best to make whatever pain you have go away while making you feel relax and comfortable. The best massage that I like is her deep tissue. Omg 😲 she knows.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
