Why Sunflower Massage is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “tied to other specific parts of the body, such as lower back, head, pancreas, etc. Applying pressure to these points on the feet may provide lower back pain relief, headache relief, and even affect organ function. From the reviews
Sunflower Massage is a very professional and respectful business. Yong listens to my needs and even suggests exercises I can do on my own! As a service member, having someone who cares and works so hard to meet and exceed my needs means a lot. Hands down the best masseuse I've ever gotten to work with.
Yong is such an amazing massage therapist! I’ve been seeing her for a year and a half now and I can’t recommend her enough. She really helps my back pain and now that I have a prescription for massage from my doctor, she takes my insurance.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
