From the reviews
I've been a patient at Stoiber Healthcare for a while now. They are amazing, taking a holistic approach to getting me feeling my best. Dr. Arien is so knowledgeable, kind and caring. She has so many techniques to try to help. Dry needling is one that is definitely making a difference for me.
Amazing positive environment helped me figure out what was going on with me and stayed committed to helping me live a healthy and less painful life. dedicated to helping patients find what works best for you if you have busy schedule and the massage therapy is so amazing cried the first time I got a 30 minute deep…
Soo thankful to Stoiber chiropractic for giving me my quality of life back.. very thorough and knowledgeable..Thank you
I have been seeing Tony Alde for therapeutic massage for over two years. I have used seven other LMT's over time. Tony is one othe the most professional, caring therapist Ihave ever used. He truly cares about his clients. He takes notes during each session. He uses these notes to see if progress is being made.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
