From the reviews

Wonderful Experience!! Atmosphere was very professional & relaxing. Jess is so kind and compassionate and truly cares about your well-being. Took my son to see her for knee pain and she was great with him. She talked him through everything she was doing and also offered other things he could try.

Jess is the type of provider who you want to grab a coffee or drink with. She immediately makes you feel welcome and valued. I went to Jess for chronic migraines and was able to find some relief. However, what I like most is that I have now discovered how much acupuncture can really help in other areas as well.

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Feb 2025

I have never felt more seen, heard, understood, and not judged by ANY other provider I’ve ever been to. I see Jess for anxiety/ ADHD management + internal inflammation. She explains where and why my symptoms are happening and how exactly she can help me with our treatment plan as well as recommended herbs.

Jess is an absolutely amazing human! She is very kind and considerate, takes her time to explain everything and answers questions! Makes me feel very comfortable and understood!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
