Why Stillpoint Alignment Therapy is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. From the reviews
Just do it. You won't find a more compassionate and understanding SI expert in Utah. But most importantly, it works. I have multiple concussions, collisions, a lot of emotional and physical pain, cancer, and PTSD. I'm a mess.
If I could give Tai Ly more stars, I would. . This man has changed my life. I’m 53 years old and I’ve had scoliosis since I was a young teen. I’ve been in pain to the point of feeling crippled at times. Not being able to walk or take care of my daughter like I wanted.
Tai is amazing and would highly recommend his professional services! He is amazing at what he does and actually explains how the body heals. Super informative and respectful!
Very knowledgeable ,respectful, & calming atmosphere. He helped a lot with my shoulder pain post surgery.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
