My baby cried for a month straight. After numerous lactation visits, elimination from diet, reflux meds and pediatric appointments… a 3am deep dive led me to baby body work! I found Sasha…. And she has given me a brand new baby. He screamed our entire first session, tense (which I didn’t know) and in pain.
After careful consideration, Sasha was going to be my postpartum doula for the birth of my second child. I learned through my first baby how important being held and cared for after birth is. However, life took a very unexpected turn and we lost baby boy midway through the pregnancy.
Sasha is a gifted healer and nurturing soul. Her workspace provides a positive and safe container for slowing down and tending to self through the huge transition of becoming a mother. It’s clear Sasha is an expert in her field. I highly recommend her to new mothers!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
