From the reviews
I started going to Vincent for shoulder issues. His massages are great but recently he started using the cupping technique on my shoulders and that has been a game changer. My shoulders haven’t felt this good in a long time. I would highly recommend Vincent.
3 days ago,Vincent performed a myocardial release. I have had back pain for 3-4 years. Today, I am STILL pain free, and forgot how wonderful it is to take a deep breath. Thank you Vincent. You are the best!!
Vincent is part of the team that keeps me active in my 70s. I see him immediately after aggressive exercise. He works at keeping my muscles stretched out and supple. Two days later, I’m ready to get right back out there.
Vince does great work. He's great at quickly identifying and working with problem areas and I've had significant improvement with TMJ issues since I started working with him a few months ago. I highly recommend him!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
