Best massage I have ever had. Jontae has an amazing deep tissue massage. She uses hot towels on your back, face, and feet. It feels amazing! Her space is inviting, comfortable, the music and aromas were a nice added touch. She offers more than massages. I will 100% be returning.
Jontae was incredible! I got my first deep tissue massage from her thinking it’d help relieve some pain with my migraines and it did! I’ve had the same migraine for over a month, went to doctors, chiropractors and another massage therapist with little to no relief but after she was done, I had almost immediate relief.
I scheduled several weeks of lymphatic massages. The owner was a pleasure to work with she made me comfortable and made sure all my post surgery incisions were drained. My results are definitely fantastic because of her wonderful work and services. She made sure she contour my body by other lymphatic methods.
She got me in with very short notice and was so sweet and helpful. I had been experiencing back pain and left with none at all. She also showed me some stretches to help with the areas that I had been struggling with. The room was very clean and smelled great. I cannot recommend this spa enough, she did an amazing job!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
