I work out a lot and I have seen multiple therapists at this office. They always know what to work on and focus on the areas that need it the most. They work in a way that works out the problems but not to where you can’t take the pressure. I highly recommend!!
I have been going to Kim for about 2 months and have experienced therapy unlike anyone I have ever been to. In my first secession, my pain in my neck, back was gone, literally overnight. I have degenerative disc disease and have had steroid shots and numb legs.
Tanisha is really good at her job and she’s a really sweet person. She will get in there and help loosen sticky muscles. She doesn’t force anything but she will get in there and you will feel better.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
