From the reviews

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Kim for years to address my back issues. Her treatment has been the difference between learning to manage my back or living in pain. She effectively treats any flare ups and has me moving again. I’ve learned strength exercises and how to move given my back issues to prevent flare ups.

★★★★★ — Kimberly, Jul 2025

I have visited Dr Amanda and Dr Kim for a few years now. I suffered for many years with chronic headaches and sciatic irritation in my left leg. They have worked hard to treat my symptoms. I am now on a once a month schedule for adjustments and with the care from both Dr’s I am able to function very well.

★★★★★ — William, May 2025

I have been a patient of Dr. Keeling for many many years. I recommend her practice highly. Her office has been consistently professional, friendly, and always very helpful. I have seen Dr. Keeling for different issues and I have always experienced improvement.

★★★★★ — Susan, Apr 2025

Dr Amanda has helped me over the past 3 or so years with numerous running related injuries from back pain, adductor and hamstring pain, foot pain and today she helped me with shoulder pain. I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. I highly recommend her for any sports or other injuries.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
