From the reviews

It was a very awesome first visit. Dr Turner and staff are fantastic. I am 2 years out of stage 4 breast cancer and have suffered many side affects. It is very hard for some to understand why being touched is post traumatic in its own way.

Dr. Turner, Tiffany, and the entire staff are some of the best people you will know. They treat you incredibly well, care deeply about your treatment plant, and want the very best for you. They have made a huge difference in my quality of life and I recommend them highly.

★★★★★ — Dale, May 2025

All the people in this organization, take the time to explain all the benefits and advantages their treatments have. They don’t push treatments on you. They inform you and let you make a decision for your own health.

★★★★★ — Bill, Mar 2026

I was very impressed with the level of detail and time spent with me as a new chiropractic patient. Kudos to spine life and highly recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
