What a nice spa, located in the most unassuming location. I went because of a gift card from a family member, but I stayed because the staff were so kind AND skilled! Thea was my assigned specialist, and I feel so lucky.
1st time there got a massage relived pain points i had all over my body that have been building up for years got rid of my upper body pain completely after 15+ years of abuse I feel brand new 10/10 would recommend but the price is a bit hefty, but very worth it if your thinking of treating yourself once in a while…

What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
