Absolutely wonderful experience. My husband surprised me with a 2 hour massage with Cindy and red light therapy with Zoe. We also opted for gua sha and cupping. I can say that this is a first class experience and worth every penny. I have never had a massage that good in my life!
Kenny and Cindy gave us a 90 minute massage with hot stones and it was amazing! It was easy to book and very flexible. We waited til last minute to book but they were still able to squeeze us in. The hot stones were incredible! I felt so relaxed afterwards that I almost wanted to stay the night 😉

My massage therapist Zoe was very caring about what my goals were. I was originally booked for a swedish massage but Zoe suggested a deep tissue was a better route for my concerns. Best deep tissue massage ever!! She had the right amount of pressure asked me if I was comfortable during the entire experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
