By pure luck I was able to schedule an appointment on their second day of re-opening. Of course, they adhere to the strictest guidelines, so I felt safe. I have followed CM on social media and have driven past here so many times, I was so excited to finally be able to check this place out.
Came in for the first time today, and from start to finish my experience was wonderful! All the staff is so kind and attentive. It’s my birthday, so not only was the staff kind enough to hang a sign in the room but they wrote me a sweet card as well! I felt so celebrated! My massage was incredible as well.
I booked a massage on a whim and was paired with Lisa. I was greeted with lovely receptionists and experienced a personally tailored massage. I’ve gone to Lisa a few times now and she’s very in tune with what I need and how we can relieve any pain!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
