My family has been muscling into Massage Green for appointments since they opened. Your blood pressure will lower as you notice how clean it is from parking lot to restrooms and lobby to the private massage rooms. There is a HUGE stress relief when you see all of the aromatherapy choices.
Update, I have been for a total of 3 massages now over the last year and every single one has continued to be amazing! I love the consistency as I have gotten Christina each time and she is awesome. She makes sure to focus on the areas I tell her are my problem areas and provide a great full body massage.
Great massage by Octavia! i slipped a disc in my lower back a few days ago and aggravated my piriformis and sciatica to the point I was almost unable to walk since. And sleeping hasn’t been great either. Checked availability for late this afternoon (last minute) and wasn’t hopeful.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
