“She has great pressure and is very knowledgeable about the stress points that she finds through out the session and provides solutions for you to try at home.”
“From the jump, Josie's energy was so calming and understanding when I was explaining how poorly I had taken care of my body over 20 years of restaurant work.”

From the reviews
Josie's extraordinary proficiency is truly commendable. Over the course of the past few months, I have had the privilege of availing her services, and without fail, she consistently delivers excellence.
Being involved in a combative sport, I ended up injuring my should over time, I hadn’t been able to use it to full capacity and couldn’t work it in the gym! Josie did a phenomenal job as I feel completely recovered and can *actually* use my arm again for the first time in months!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Josie Terry's MeltAway Migraine Massage highly enough! From the moment I stepped into her serene studio, I knew I was in for a treat. Josie's expertise and genuine care for her clients shine through in every aspect of the experience.
I had the luxury of visiting Josie last summer while I was on a trip & have to say what a great experience I had. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis so pain is a daily struggle for me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
