Truly the best massage place in the triangle area. My family and I have been coming here for years. I’ve been seeing Lily consistently once a month for Thai massage and fire cupping and it’s a complete game changer. She has the most beautiful touch and her energy is always so warm and welcoming.

I had such an amazing massage with Jing. Her technique is so unique. It felt like the perfect mix of traditional Asian massage and deep tissue therapy. She really knows how to work through tension and tight muscles in a way that’s actually effective, not just painful pressure.
I have been going there about a year now for monthly massage. My therapist is Lily Zhang. She is very knowledgable and vert good at it. She can do many types of massage, Swiss, Thai, Chinese, etc. The massage is smoothing, yet therapeutic. She is very flexible and mindful about meeting your request.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
