BEST MASSAGE EVER! I had the most wonderful deep tissue massage with Shaquan! He is an absolute professional; he inquired about my level of physical activity and any particular areas of concern before starting the massage so he would know what muscles to focus on.
The best massage you will ever have! I went to see Quan with a pinched nerve in my neck. While he could not get rid of the pinched nerve, he definitely helped ease the tense muscles, and performed some cupping that has helped alleviate some of the pain in that area.
I’ve had the honor to meet so many genuine people through massage therapy and Quan is such a talented and caring therapist. His passion shines through in his work as well as conversations about his business. He’s extremely professional AND personable.
On, May 23rd, 2022 I got off work and my back was in really bad pain and I went on Google to find a black owned massage place and 3G popped up! I called 3Gs and asked if he can fit me in at 6 and also I only can pay with cash because I lost my debit card and he was very nice and let me pay with cash!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
