From the reviews

I had a truly comprehensive session Saturday, 5/9/26 @9am. Koko, occupational and massage therapist was attentive and knowledgeable in addressing my problem areas and functional concerns. The session incorporated wide range of techniques - myofascial release, hot stone, cupping, hot towel, etc.

I had my first massage a few days ago and it was fantastic! I don’t relax easily, but Koko made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Usually, the tension in my body returns the day after a massage, but I’m still feeling relaxed and the stiffness in my neck and back has not returned.

★★★★★ — Kristi, Jul 2025

Koko is a master of her craft. We started off with breathing exercises to get me in a more relaxed state as well as some general movements for greater impact. She knew exactly where to focus and at what pressure. That was the fastest hour massage I have ever experienced.

I had the pleasure of getting a massage by KoKo today what an incredible experience! She was attentive to my problem areas and took her time with the massage. The space was so peaceful and clean. You can tell she really loves her job and cares about the clients. I would definitely recommend 10/10! You won’t regret it!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
